For those that have been around NATCA and Atlanta ARTCC, you know Chip.  Chip brings passion to the management ranks along with a wealth of ATC knowledge.

He has been known to write a ballad or two with a true South Cackalacky and Civil War twang.

People say "Once a Marine always a Marine".  Chip is also a Marine that served our country. OORAH!
